Baby's Cheesy Macaroni (for 9 months onwards)

Baby's cheesy macaroni is one of my baby's favorite baby food. It's a complete meal in itself and it's so easy to prepare.

This yields 4 servings and can be refrigerated for up to two days in a clean fridge.
Ingredients:
100g salad macaroni or elbow macaroni
100g diced potatoes (about 1 cm on each side)
50g diced carrots (about 1 cm on each side)
50g shredded mild cheddar cheese (In the Philippines I use Kraft Cheddar Cheese. It's less salty than the other local brands and it really tastes cheesy :-)
2 cups water

Boil 2 cups water, then add the macaroni, potatoes and carrots. Simmer for 15-20 minutes stirring occassionally to prevent macaroni from sticking to the pot. Test macaroni's tenderness. Make sure it had already absorbed all the water it can absorb. You can add a little more boiled water if it's not so tender yet. Finally add in the cheese and stir. Let it cool for about half an hour before putting it in the fridge. Pour into 4 lidded containers. You have a meal for baby good enough for 2 days!

Baby food should be put in lidded containers containing 1 serving each.

From the fridge, I microwave it on high for 40 seconds.
